When you contribute to the Memorial Hospital Foundation (MHF) you become part of a long community history of community health related support.

Funds and grants dispersed by MHF directly assist people in Isanti county and the surrounding East Central Minnesota area with medical related scholarships, grief support and training, homeless issues, children in need programs, senior citizen issues and other ways that impact the lives and health of residents.

To make donations and payments more secure and to streamline processes, the Initiative Foundation partners with Bremer Bank. Please write the check to Initiative Foundation-MHF, note the purpose of your contribution on the memo line, and mail to this address:
